Best 2019 3 Bedrooms Round House Plans | Luxury Home Decoration

Smart design solutions that create elegant homes hidden from surrounding properties and provide privacy to customers.

Although this is a commuter belt, it is located in the countryside behind the existing substantial housing area. The plot benefits from private access and a series of mature oaks that form a boundary to create greater nature conservation.

Unique family home design that complements the site and does not affect the surrounding buildings. We obviously need to create something great to get local support and plan approval!

This site is 2 meters from the height of the access road and then back flat. We took this extraordinary opportunity to design a concave building partially hidden at the bank's edge.

Our design evolved from the concept of an organic circular floor plan, which was then divided into three alternating circles with a central ceiling, where we made a small library space. The main living room behind is open and leads directly to the garden. The kitchen and dining room are at a low level to maintain an open atmosphere, but create definitions between these spaces. The media room and office are in front of the house with a double glass entrance hall.

There is a family bathroom on the ground floor, and the bedroom offers a beautiful garden and roof view which partially covers the ground floor.

To add a touch of drama and magic to the design, we make a clear separation between the floor and the ladder core and the glass connector. This allows us to rotate a few degrees to the first floor with parts that go beyond the first floor. The ladder core has a steel skeleton that supports the ladder and ground floor, with additional small round steel columns located in the space between the floors. The design is discussed in detail with the manufacturer to ensure feasibility.

We are proud to have created a large family house that is visually unique, unmistakable and interesting, regardless of the guesthouse and surrounding buildings.
